Shipping costs are free nationwide, except some special circumstances that the fee will be charged and the customers will be informed in advance.

Sofia Ph offers free shipping cost nationwide, via J&T Express courier except for instances where customers opt to ship their orders via LBC or Lalamove or any other courier.

Delays

Delivery Time 

5-7 Days: Via J&T Express - Visayas & Mindanao

Same Day Delivery: Via lalamove - shipping cost depends on the lalamove app upon booking. -  Only applicable to customers within metro manila and nearby provinces.

1-3 Days: Via J&T Express - Metro Manila, Bulacan, Rizal, Laguna.

2-5 Days: Via J&T Express - The rest of luzon.

Sofia Ph Ships your order 1-2 days after you placed an order from our social media pages or website. Below are the normal delivery time range:

Note that the delivery time may take long during typhoon, special occasions, holidays, natural calamities, wrongly typed customer, information and etc.

Cost of sending the parcel back to our warehouse is shouldered by the customer and is non refundable.

Return Policy

Upon receiving the order, the customers have the responsibility to check the status of their delivered items and take a video before opening the parcel.

Should the customer need to return, refund, or exchange their orders, clear video must be presented.

Further investigation is needed to verify customer claims.

Our policy only last 30 days upon the delivery of the customer's order. We cannot refund or exchange any items past 30 days.
